The Center is all about family time with programs designed to bring families together. From line dancing ‘parents’ night out to family open gym, splash birthday parties to basketball, outdoor sports, racketball, arts, and crafts to games…it’s the best way for the whole family to stay fit and embrace precious family time. Health & Fitness
The Center offers hundreds of drop-in classes each month, including cardio, boot camp, yoga, and aqua aerobics for all ages and abilities. Both the Little Falls and Mohawk locations have cardio machines, stretching areas, free weights, and more. The Little Falls location has both a swimming pool and a racketball court. Swimming
The Little Falls location’s indoor swimming pool has been a generational favorite for learning to swim, youth swim teams, lifeguard classes, water aerobics, swimming laps, and open swimming with family and friends. Birthday splash parties are always a big hit with children of all ages. Check the schedule for upcoming classes and times.
Youth
Youth programs have been core to the Center’s mission for 137 years. Whether it’s basketball, soccer, baseball, gymnastics, swimming, canoeing/kayaking or participating in the popular after-school program, the Center is filled with fun activities and programs to develop your child’s competency and confidence. Adult
Getting in shape, having fun, and embracing a healthy lifestyle is what the Center’s adult programming is all about. Whether you choose a weight loss program, nutritional counseling, cardio/fit classes or prefer more competitive activities like racketball, basketball or swimming, you’re sure to find your perfect match at the Center. Senior Fitness
Turn those golden years into fun years at the Center. A single-month membership is $65/family. Visitor daily passes are also available.

Youth (K-9)
Positive behaviors and good sportsmanship learned early, can be essential building blocks to living a full and productive life. Because of the Center’s youth-centric programs, children are encouraged to explore their unique talents and interest in a supportive environment that builds confidence and fosters fairness, respect, and friendships. Financial Assistance
The Center is for everyone, regardless of your ability to pay. We offer scholarships and a financial aid program based on a sliding scale of income and family size. Aid is available for families with incomes as high as $60,000 and for individuals as high as $30,000. Contact us for details.
