Do I have to sign up for a membership or can I just take a class now and then?
While the value is in an annual membership where you have full access to the gym, pool, racketball, fitness and cardio classes, you are welcome to choose single classes al la carte from our extensive online schedule.
How much notice do you need to schedule a birthday splash party?
A two-week notice is preferred, however, if space is available we are happy to accommodate your party with less notice. Contact Michelle at 315-823-1740 or complete the online contact form for a callback.
Is the childcare program through Benton Hall for low income families or can anyone enroll their child?
The childcare program is open to all families regardless of income level.
I’m a retired teacher and interested in volunteering but not sure what program would be best. How can I find out more?
For volunteer information, contact The Center in Little Falls at (315) 823-1740. Michelle will go over the options with you and help coordinate with our program staff.
I’m 68 and never attended exercise classes before. I want to enroll in the SilverSneakers program. What is SilverSneakers and how much does it cost?

A. SilverSneakers is a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health. It sponsors activities and social events designed to keep seniors healthy while encouraging social interaction.

B. SilverSneakers is a completely free-to-use fitness program for Medicare beneficiaries who are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage or Medigap plan that offers the SilverSneakers membership. All you need is your 16-digit SilverSneakers number to gain instant access to classes, equipment, and amenities. To check your eligibility and get your 16-digit card, visit www.silversneakers.com.

I am a member of the military services. Can I use The Center for free?
We allow active-duty members of the military to use The Center for free while on leave. All other members of the military are required to pay membership dues or class fees.
What forms do I need to apply for financial assistance?
People applying for financial assistance will need to bring proof of household income. Financial assistance isn’t just for membership fees. We provide financial assistance for child care, youth sports, swimming lessons, and other youth activities. Just email or ask Michelle at the front desk for details.
